All vehicle rentals are governed by a separate Vehicle Rental Agreement, which must be electronically executed prior to the start of any rental. In the event of any conflict, the Vehicle Rental Agreement shall control.

To use our services, you must:

• Meet all eligibility, licensing, insurance, and verification requirements disclosed at checkout to rent a vehicle

You represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in denial of service, cancellation of bookings, or termination of access.

Bookings may be completed through Drive KC's website or through integrated third-party platforms, including booking, insurance, payment, and identity verification providers.

Drive KC does not guarantee the availability of any specific vehicle. All pricing, fees, mileage limits, insurance requirements, cancellation terms, deposits, and penalties are disclosed during booking and governed by the applicable Vehicle Rental Agreement and third-party platform terms.

Drive KC is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information entered by users during booking.

Our website may integrate with or link to third-party services, including but not limited to booking platforms, insurance providers, payment processors, identity verification services, and electronic signature tools.

Drive KC is not responsible for:

• Third-party system outages or downtime
• Payment processing failures or delays
• Insurance coverage determinations or claim decisions
• Errors or omissions caused by third-party platforms

Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, images, layouts, and software, is the property of Drive KC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drive KC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Drive KC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or services.

Drive KC's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Drive KC in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Drive KC, its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:
